This clinic is run in collaboration with a Wound Care Consultant, the Provost Primary Care Network and Provost Homecare.

Patients are referred to the clinic and are able to see the Wound Specialist, RN and physician all at one time to assess and determine the treatments needed for specific wounds, ulcerations, ostomy’s or skin irritations.
